Shhh, don't tell the Bangaloreans but Debbie and I *love* Keralan
cuisine. Fresh ingredients, liberal use of coconut milk, lots of fresh
seafood. Yum yum yum. Of all the Indian regional cuisines we liked it
best. Even better than Andhra, and I'm a serious chili head.

you'll find a lot of extremely good recipes here - at least there're some
recipes I've cooked myself and they come out quite reasonable.

http://worldwidecurries.com/ - that's richard bennett (www.bennett.com) -
familiar if you do any telecom policy work at all. The curries are mostly
tamil and malayalam, and quite a few malay recipes. He's got an interesting
chili recipe I must say - http://www.bennett.com/chili.html

http://thetastetinkerer.wordpress.com/ - looks like a tamil / kerala maami
stateside, uses supermarket and farmers market ingredients (plus stuff you
might not get in India, like swiss chard), combined with indian recipes.
