With the paper ballot it was easier to invalidate ones vote as a form
of protest but the machines dont have an "reject candidates" button.
Wasnt this ("rejecting all candidates" vote button) proposed before
the move to electronic voting system? Was it rejected by the EC or was
it the political parties who scuttled it?
