The point I was making was ....it is quite impossible for suspicious looking characters to move about freely with weapons and grenades and ammo there. We don't need to get into minute details. Even if we cant cover each and every square kilometer of the whole country, we can at least cover the areas of interests with real fool-proof security. You need to be extra vigilant at the entry and exit points only. You need not stop each and every vehicle and check it thoroughly. If I have to send a carton box of bolts from bangalore to bhopal, the party from bhopal has to first courier to me - a road permit, detailing what is being transported.
