Up to 28 people will not be a problem, IF I know in advance the actual number. Since it's a weekend, I need to rework the seating arrangements to accommodate any more than 7-8 people.
7 PM is OK for me, but given traffic conditions in our wonderful city, it may be a bit optimistic. ;) (Oh, and advance notice of any food allergies will be very useful. For instance, Cheeni is allergic to all meat products.)
