Hi Craig,
I usually agonize over business card quality and design being a graphic 
design guy.
More recently I used MooCards<http://uk.moo.com/products/business-cards.html>to 
get something cheap and in a hurry, and I must say it was an excellent 
decision.
They are awesome quality cards, super easy to make, small and portable, and 
the customer service/experience of Moo is top notch.
It's not Australian, but I don't care cos they do a great job.
My next order will be going in fairly soon and I am excited to get it done 
there again.
