What do you mean by make it workable? Have you designed HTML themes, but now need to convert them to Wordpress themes? or have you made wordpress themes and need to iron out a few bugs, and get pointed in the right direction of what plugins etc you need to make it do what you want it to do?
Depending on how much is needed, you might not need anyone, just need to be pointed in the right direction to find the websites that will give you the info you're seeking.
