Hi
Today I have istalled my 10th centos server and problem is the same.
I am desperate and will search for another firewall soon.
On ALL Centos servers where I use shorewall I never know when centos boot if
shorewall will start or not. Sometimes I log in after a week and I see 3000
atempts to login on SSH, which is blocked in shorewall, than I am really in
worry. I can't login on every server I have and check every day if shorewall
is running or not.
Is there a way to monitor if shorewall is started or not and if it is not to
auto start it?
I am soure I am not the only one with this problem, but I am also soure
other guys switched to some other firewall.

Best regards
Damian
