This means be a dedicated network, solely used for management only?

Did the PXE server move with the installation?
Are these diskless nodes and booted always by PXE?
Was there a DHCP server in place before the move and the nodes don't get any 
proper addresses now (means the management network might be use hard coded 
addresses)?
Are and/or were the nodes on a private network behind the headnode of the 
cluster and thus w/o any access from outside the cluster?

I agree with Daniel, that you first need to make the nodes accessible again. 
Then one can look into the SGE setup.
