V2 fixes a typo in the original version where it had POKY_BBLAYERS_CONF_VERS instead of POKY_BBLAYERS_CONF_VERSION in one place and also bumps the version number in the bblayers.conf.sample file. Updates of existing installations for the meta-yocto to meta-poky transition will update the bblayers
