SIL ViewGlyph should do the job.  Andrew West's BabelMap may also, but I am not quite so sure about it off the top of my head.  If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, you can download the Microsoft Font Properties extension that gives some info about OT tables, but IIRC not quite as much as Vie
