SIL ViewGlyph should do the job. Andrew West's BabelMap may also, but I am not quite so sure about it off the top of my head. If you have a 32-bit version of Windows, you can download the Microsoft Font Properties extension that gives some info about OT tables, but IIRC not quite as much as ViewGlyph. All these are free; I don't have URLs at hand but google will provide them.
