我觉得没问题，事实上我已经不小心过做过一次了...由于那时正在Review前一次的翻译，我就把它revert回来了，以免影响Review的正常进行。
make
VCS=yes就是用于根据指定的www目录中的pot文件来更新www-zh-cn中的po文件，做到同步，应该可以时不时做做。只不过做完以后要make
report看看是不是引入了新的untranslated或fuzzy的，然后做相应的更新。当然就算没有及时的更新问题也不会很大，最多就是页面上一些文字没有得到合适的翻译，这跟没有做同步前的效果应该是一样的。
现在真正在www-zh-cn上开展工作的人还不多，
而且本身它是个CVS系统
你只更新了www-zh-cn 里的文件，我觉得没问题，随便更新，最多弄错了再回退。
当然，我不是 www-zh-cn 的管理员，还得问问别人的意见
