That is bizarre. is it possible there is a transform or something adding
that row? "value 3" from the Windows Installer means failure so it's pretty
clear that thing is your problem. The question is what is adding it (and why
did it add a short file name that isn't).

FYI, I think next week's build will have the beginnings of the WiX toolset
using Burn. That will serve as the launching off point for documentation
(and honestly validation) of how Burn works. It's been a longer road than I
had hoped but next week hopefully we see something finally working.
