I don't know much about MPLS in VPP (I'd still love to learn how to do it
properly, notably using higher level controlplane like LDP and such), but,
I can enable MPLS just fine:
DBGvpp# mpls table add 0
DBGvpp# set interface mpls GigabitEthernet3/0/0 enable
DBGvpp# show mpls interfa

My fdio ver is 21.06. I have added mpls table add 0 and then trying to enable
interface for mpls.
When I enabled: (set interface mpls VirtualFuncEthernet0/7/0.1600 enable)
