Hi TSC,
I've been taking the NSH_SFC PTL role 1 year ago. It has been a pleasure, but
also a burden as there are some personal reasons make me cannot focus on
NSH_SFC anymore, so I am stepping down as NSH_SFC PTL with immediate effect.
Additionally, I would like to nominate Hongjun Ni, who is th

Hi Keith,
This is really interesting work!
Does the vppcom library underneath the VCL supports inter-host communication?
The iperf3 throughput data below is for the inter-container (essentially IPC
over FIFO) on the same host, right?

Share my two cents as well:
Firstly, introducing GRE or whatever other tunneling protocols to LB introduces
performance overhead (for encap and decap) to both the load balancer as well as
the network service. Secondly, other mechanism on the network service node not
only needs to decap the GRE
Below list the new features introduced to NSH_SFC 17.04.
• NSH-aware VNFs by collocating NSH Proxy and SF (such as VPP’s SNAT

• Initial MD Type 2 support
• iOAM in NSH
• NSH_SFC automation functional test integration with CSIT

Very Interesting...
Damjan,
Do you think if it makes sense to use virtio_user/vhost_user pairs to connect
two VPPs instances running
inside two container?
Essentially, the memif and virtio_user/vhost_user pairs both leverage shared
memory for fast inter-process
communication, within similar p
It works before with Bird and Quagga via Sandbox/router with DPDK 16.04

when he come back from vacation.
