Otherwise, is there any documentation that shows a step-by-step setup for the
Windows Server and Windows Viewer. I am trying to connect using modems and
dialup on both machines.

This may be a case of the blind leading the blind. I was new to VNC only five
days ago, so I'm no expert. I did, however, manage to get VNC working after
much trial and error and some help from people on this newsgroup.

You do not need the ":0" after the PC name in the Viewer dialog -- at least
that's why my current testing shows.
