Yes, we reinstalled, and restarted. The error we get is "failed to connect to server". I don't see how it can connect seeing as how we don't give it a password, but then it doesn't ask for one. There's a window that displays on my Windows 2000 that asks for a password. This doesn't display on Wind

Have you tried using the IP address instead of the machine name in the vncviewer? If you have a Win98 machine on a Win2000 domain controller there are several network resources that you wont have access to unless configured properly, DNS may not be resolving the hostname/machinename from the Win98
