Have you allready tried to reinstall VNC ? What error does it give ?

We are using RunVNCViewer to start a simple client. Our needs are very
basic - we don't want to walk upstairs to work on the NetFinity NT Server.
On my Windows 2000 ThinkPad, it asks me for a password, and all is well. On
my neighbour's Windows 98 ThinkPad, it doesn't ask for the password and we
get an error when it tries to get the display going. I don't want to allow
null passwords if I don't have to.
