In my setup, the server is started by my Startup folder, i.e., once I've
logged in.
Maybe there's a way of starting the server prior to a user being present.

It has something to do with the default password, I had this problem before,
I don't exactly remember the fix though.

VNC 3.3.3r9 server is running as a service on a Windows 2000 SP1 server. The
VNC service is set to start automatically. I am able to successfully connect
