Get it but dont use it illegal :-)
I am using it like for your reason to prevent users from illegal
sites (prono, hacking etc..)
Unzip all files to the vnc directory.. vnc must be stopped before
extract, then reboot !)

AFAIK no RFB or VNC implementation is designed to do this. A worm is a
special kind of virus which spreads via networks (usually by exploiting a
security flaw).
