I've been working on a project for nearly 6 months somewhat like this.
My program will scan networks for VNC hosts and will create HTML and/or
Shortcuts to them. I'm adding the more subtle (and confusing:) features
at the moment such as copy and pasting and keeping track of hosts and
scans in INI

I know of no setting on the viewer that would do that.

Ellen,
There is no limit to the number of connections you can create with VNC
Commander, except of course the limits of your PC itself.
Again, concurrent running connections is limited by the resources of your PC
and the bandwidth available on you LAN/WAN.
You can use DNS or WINS names with VNC wi
uters.

Hi Tony,
I've come across a problem with VNC Commander which is very weird.
The error message i have been getting is:
"Floating point division by zero."
This seems to happen randomly, but i think it always happens when I

In testing of VNC Commander (Love it, just hope, like others the VNCX
control gets updated with Tight), I ran across a minor bug.
The New Connection and Edit Connection boxes fill in the Display Name as the
same as the Server Address when you focus into the Display Name box.
However, it is doing

Floyd,
I just tried pasting some text into a open text file in notepad and it
worked fine even if I was holding down the shift key, which you don't need
to do for a paste.
What are you using the shift key for? I have always used ctrl-c ctrl-x and
ctrl-v.
Are you connecting to a Linux or Unix box?

We will see :-)

That is truly excellent, thank you.
I feel bad about adding to the wishlist for such a good free offering, but
could you at some time think about sorting the list view either by server
name or display name?
Many thanks

Looks like a nice bit of code. Thanks for sharing it.
Unfortunatly, I cannot conect to my server with it. My server runs on a

Hi,
Tony, VNC Commander is brilliant! It's _very_ quick to use, and looks great.
I've got a couple of questions.
1) Are you going to release a version with a Full Screen
button in the row on the left just above the Display screen?
2) What does the "Fit Remote Window" button do?
Many thanks

That sounds great Tony. I would love to give it a go if that's OK. I'll try
it and give you some feedback. E-mail me the file and the screenshot too, as
it got deleted by the server.
Thanks.
