Davy, you always push everybody to submit bug reports to Apple Accessibility, if you don't have the "More" button, have you checked with them what might be going on? Also, you probably know many other Voiceover users in Belgium or other European countries, do they all not have the "More" button?

My conclusion is that even with List biew selected in the native Mail app, users of different devices are getting different results with the categories being assigned.
