It turns out that in all versions of RedHat Linux between at least 6.2 and
7.3, /bin/ps will refuse to run when called by a "c" executable (like
vqadmin.cgi) running SUID root.

I am getting to the login screen but then nothing happens.
I have tried the vqadmin list but no response so far. Maybe
some from this list can help.

"vQadmin" require maintest satisfy

Then type this command:
asswd
maintest PASSWORD
PASSWORD is the password you want for the user
