I am having a problem with sa-update:
No data could be read from file at /usr/bin/sa-update line 960
fatal: couldn't create Archive::Tar object!
I searched and couldn't find anything on the Internet that would help me figure
out this problem so I'm trying this. :)
Here are some system details.
I recently was able to upgrade my SA install to 3.1.9 and get sa-update
working for the first time as a result. (Thanks, Jonn!) I just ran an

This evening, I have upgraded to SA 3.1.7 using rpm found on
