There a few things which can be observed:
o The file is not a valid zip file, so is not a valid .ods file. (You
probably realised that.)
o Many bytes towards the b

I got nothing from the file of any significance - a damaged thumbnail and a
line of Mime type
Your best bets for any recovery are the methods I outlined in my previous
posting of possibly recovering a deleted fil
