The TL;DR: The file is not recoverable. Please carry out the search for
possible intermediate copy recommended by Brian Barker and Rory O'Farrell.

DETAILS

Please adopt a practice where you do not edit over an existing copy but
always make a new version of the file in case there is a problem and you
need to go back and recover from an earlier copy. That is, on opening a
file for editing, immediately do a Save As ... with a modified file name
that lets you easily tell which is the most recent. It is also good to have
a backup somewhere beside on your machine. There are various free
utilities/services that will support that and make backups automatically on
an external drive or in a cloud service.

As reported already,

1. The file is not a correct Zip package for an ODS. This is for two
reasons --
   a. The first x8000 (32,768) bytes of the file are unrecognizable and even
if they include any compressed data of the original file, decompression is
not possible because there are no headers and the data appears to begin in
the middle. It can't be decompressed without that.
   b. The file is incomplete. The necessary ending material on a Zip is not
present.

2. The recognizable material that is from a Zip does not include any of the
content, just preliminary material. This includes a MIME-type record and a
thumbnail image that is possibly damaged/incomplete, with no other material
at all.
