Hi, I am unable to transfer files via bluetooth from my laptop to my phone. I keep getting "Connection Error" after the pairing process. The pairing process works fine. I have tried on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro and Samsung Galaxy A31. Both give the same result. I have no idea what diagnostic too
