Can I do this using the Fedora Media Writer? > No. See: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-and-using-a-live-installation-image/ which suggests 'livecd-iso-to-disk` but also says it is less reliable than Fedora Media Writer.
