Apologies for off topic but I've looked everywhere and don't find answers.
Using Fedora 16, latest Ruby and latest Rails.
I have been following Pragmatic Agile Web Dev with Rails 4th edition.
Have a scaffold person with some fields, it all works ok but I now
have a select list in the view and
That is a better to have fedora on a tablet

It's ok. I'll be back for F19. Or maybe I'll be gone only long enough
until my need to upgrade over takes my unwillingness to kickstart a F18
install.
In the meantime, I'm going to sit in the corner sulking!! Hrmph!

When quiting Extreme Tux Racing from full screen mode (on NVidia
card+nvidia proprietary driver), the screen became black and CPU ran
at 100%. I had to hard power off the computer.
But since then, the fan is always at max speed making such a noise!
how can I come back to normal?

You can also extract those files from the rpm itself.
rpm2cpio | cpio -idv
It will extract the RPM into your current directory and you can find the
ldif file.

The MAC has to be *host* unique not port unique. Thus some old SPARC boxes have
one Mac for all the ports. Many Ethernet bridges also do the same trick.
There are examples of duplicate mac addresses on plug in cards but those are
errors and shouldn't occur.

Sorry I did not see the last time that error is in schema. I don't know how
you did it but you break it. You don't need to panic. Because when you
install a dirsrv instance the setup script copies the schema from
somewhere... I don't remember from where... it was somewhere in /var or
/usr... here a

I recommend using a live CD (or anaconda's alt+F2 shell) to create your
desired layout.

Perhaps it's a question of mission: de facto Fedora is a

Hi,
How can I make the Fedora installer install the OS in Logical Volumes that lie
on top of a RAID 1 MD-device?
I have some fairly specific ideas about how I want my harddisk space used,
which previous versions of Fedora would allow with no problems:
sda1 -> /boot
sda2 \
-> md0 -> PV -
