I don't have any background to judge which of the math editors is best. But
I will take a look. It would be good if someone who has used these before
could give us their opinion. I have seen Latex in the past, but that's the
only one I've used.

I don't know how the interface would like but it might be nice to add a
menu at the top of the screen (as per my attached screenshot). Otherwise
you could add something to the toolbar, but that might make the toolbar too

I work in a mathematics lab. Scientists use OpenMeetings as a tool to
communicate with other scientists and speak about their research. I
think this could be a huge feature for us !
