my deployment question

The livecode docs. when discussing testing on ios, says nothing about certificates, etc. I wonder if I'm doing something really basic wrong by entering my developer id, etc. Will the test connected to my iphone run without certificates? If so, it would be much easier to build apps for my own use

Certificate Problems

Folks:’ I am using LC 9.0.0, XCode 9.2, OSX 10.13.3. I did get one of my apps onto my iPhone using the above configurtion, but another app is driving me crazy. I hook up my iPHone, test directly to the iPHone, and when the transfer get to “signing app bundle”, it disappears, no app on my iPhone.

Trouble getting Browser Widget to work on iOS

I am using the browser widget on iOS. I can load and display one URL. But, if I set another URL, it doesn’t load. Are there commands I should give to unset the old URL and refresh to the new one? I have it working in the IDE, but on IOS, only the first URL will load. Another one has now effect.

Creeping IDE Script Editor window position

Anybody notice this? I'm using LC 8.1.7 RC3 and the script = editor creeps up further toward the top of the page each time it is = closed, then opened, until it disappears behind the tool bar and is hard = to access. I have two monitors. One is on a MacBook Pro, and the resolutions are different. I set to “default resolution” on both displays. The main display that I use is the second display but I get the same effect on both the laptop monitor and the external monitor. It’s a pain but if I keep dragging it

Autocompletion of quotes on LC 8.2,0 DP-1

Folks: I find that, for the autocompletion of quotes in the new editor, that I’m deleting them as often as I use them. It’s nice to see the text red when quotes are not completed, but ….. I can live with it, but for me, it’s not an improvement. Other than that, I like it a lot and haven’t found

Qustion abut "the stackfiles"

Folks: I’m setting up an application with a splash stack and lots of other stacks and libraries that are loaded by the splash stack. I am using “the stackfiles” of the splash stack to get the relative paths of the various stacks in the resources folder. I’m on LC 9.0.0(rc2), on Mac OS 10.12.3 W

Standalone Settings Frustration

Folks: I am on livecode 9.0.0 app, Mac 10.13.3. I have a splash stack and several stacks that it loads. I have one stack I originally named “MAP Display”. I was having troubles making a standalone, as the file seemed to not be found. So, I figured maybe it doesn’t like blanks in the stack name.
