way you ping an address when on windows or when on mac or unix. Livencode
has a nice hostAddressToName("127.0.0.1") and
hostNameToAddress(*domainName, [callback]*)
Write something to ping it first before connecting too.

select a row and then, using the arrow keys, move to a row above or below.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think doing it with LiveCode text handling is
going to be a very flexible solution and you could just dump the data from
the databases after a certain "date" which is set based on the last time

when you try to quit LiveCode crashes. It chocks on the locked nature of

liveCode makes a special stack with a long ID number.
Later I copied that stack and made a lot of changes in it including some
new data grids. Now when I run both stacks at the same time there is a

What I did when encountering this problem instead of setting the default

I thought maybe the standard editor just wasn't letting me know about the
error since it only occurred when going to that one card. Thanks for the
