Dare I say, Ubuntu / Linux is just small fry for Dell who are intimately tied
up with Microsoft. The fact that they do supply some models with Ubuntu
pre-installed is at least a ray of light in the darkness but to expect some

Ubuntu 12.04 pre-installed. Almost as soon as I switched it on, I
received a message advising of an upgrade to 14.04 being available which
