What they're doing is totally 100% wrong and we must fix that. (And that
comment there is not a rationale of any kind, it simply says they want
to use "Skopiuj" form).
Now maybe if we switched translation of *every single program* under
Linux to "Skopiuj" (and break terminological compatibility wi

Binary package hint: erlang
Packages erlang/erlang-base contain many executables (erl erlc etc.) but
no man pages for them.
This is likely to confuse users, and is against Debian Policy (I don't

Binary package hint: language-pack-pl
This is an Ubuntu-wide (actually Linux-wide) bug,

Public bug reported:
This has been a problem with Linux installers since as far as I can remember.
And it's really time to fix this and other long-standing problems, or we'll
never fix Bug #1. Ubuntu is already fixing some of the problems, like root

Linux kernel can use swap files
I don't think that's a good reason to reject this problem, as this is
just a limitation of current kernel suspend, not any inherent problem
with swap files.
I don't know what's the status of kernel suspend code, but it seems that
suspend2 supports swapfiles. See: http://www.suspend2.net/features
Please try to be serious. Following established terminology
is extremely serious matter.
"Kopiuj" for better or worse is the established translation of "Copy"
and everyone except for *some* GNOME translators uses it.
That includes DOS software, Windows software, Mac software
and Linux software, pr

Binary package hint: chuck
ChucK seems to need jackd or similar software to run, but doesn't say anything
like that in documentation,
and doesn't Require/Recommend/Suggest it.
If my impression is correct, a Require/Recommend/Suggest dependency field

Binary package hint: chuck
The manual says ChucK should use 48000 sampling rate with jack,
or autodetect the correct sampling rate.
--srateN Set sampling rate (default to 48000 for jack, auto detected
otherwise).
But it seems to be using 44100 by default with jack.

Unlike Debian Ubuntu doesn't have root account by default, so su is useless.
Therefore Ubuntu feta should default to sudo, not su, so it can be used without

I'm getting similar random crashes (also while using yakuake) on a Macbook with
Intel 945.
I'm not sure if that's the same bug or something else. It's a fresh

I didn't have this problem when I was running kUbuntu 7.10 (+yakuake) on the
same hardware.

Great, it works also on my PC now.
When I exported it, I had a different PC with 2 monitors and bigger resolution.
Could this be the problem?
