In firefox, it happens when saving a image.
As I noticed, not all the directory switching actions will trigger the
bug. The current directory (location before you switches) should
contain some individual files of a certain type, then when switching

I have the same problem like Michael with all fonts other than "Sans
serif", "Serif" or "Monospace", which have specific name. And my
locale is en_US.UTF-8 currently.
Actually the problem is quite like in Edgy: you _have to_ use qtconfig
to assign Chinese font for those "specific" fonts, like Bits
I don't know whether there is any side effects or not if we keep this
bug open. If not, I agree with Michael and Emmet's idea to keep this
helpful information for other people.

I confirm this bug as I encounter the same problem. While prompting
the error, the device is actually umounted but after 1 sec it's
mounted again.
I used the commands `ps x | grep /media/disk` and `lsof /media/disk`

I second that we have the old behavior also available. It had been one
of my favorite features of Unity. It is very useful when there's
multiple gedit or terminal windows open, in which case the windows are
not very distinguishable in a spread.
Also in spread I can't quickly go back to the window

I'm experiencing the same issue, and also find the "EQ overflowing"
messages in the Xorg.0.log.old.
When X crashes, no keyboard input is available, although my bluetooth
mouse is responsive, no mouse input can be recognized. A forced manual
shutdown is unavoidable.

After today's update (Oct 15) of several compiz packages, the
performance of compiz (speed of changing between different
saturation/brightness) will decrease after activating/deactivating
plugins in CCSM. Using the options (Normal/Extra) in the Appearance
Preferences dialog do

Just for the record, activating/deactivating plugins directly using
gconf-editor won't cause this issue.

Today after upgrade, the bluez-input is no longer in the repository, so
I removed it. And this doesn't have any affect to the situation. Mouse
still can get detected if I switched the visibility setting but not re-
connect automatically. Therefore I guess the problem may not be related
to bluez-inp
Actually it's not the setting of "Visible" that brings back the
bluetooth connection, but the action of changing from "Hidden" to
"Visible" that does the trick for me.

With my installation and bluetooth mouse, it is actually not the
setting "visible" that helps the mouse get reconnected, but the action
of switching it from "hidden" to "visible". Every time my mouse loses
connection, I need to do such a switch in bluetooth prefs dialog.

I want to correct one part of my previous comment: when the mouse has
lost the connection, seems only switch from Hidden to Always visible
will help it to be detected again. The other way around is not
working. I noticed when it gets connected.

After I upgraded to the latest version (4.12) of bluez/bluez-utils, my
bluetooth mouse doesn't automatically reconnect anymore after reboot. I
have to remove it from "Known devices" in the "Bluetooth Preferences"
dialog and re-establish the connection using the "Setup new device"

dashua, I've already had this package installed. Even after I tried
reinstalled it, the situation is the same as before, connection losts
after reboot, suspend, idle.
BTW, my mouse is also MS Bluetooth 5000, is yours working now?
