While updating the packages I saw the downloaded size exceed the total

Sir,I googled and the problem is that the wifi strength is drastically
decreased. My adapter is Realtek rtl8723be and I found people having
similar problems even in other linux distro's. Here is the link, and my
problem is the same.I hope Ubuntu fixes this issue in later updates.

I had the same problem with my Dell Latitude 5470 running Ubuntu 15.10
(4.2.0-35-generic). I found a workaround by disabling Xvideo as
