I concur that this also happens in Gutsy as of November 5, 2007. I was able to solve it with Feisty by building the most recent dev-help from sources. I expect it may be fixed here that way as well. As I recall, Anjuta depends on dev-help, and so you have to build dev-help and then build anjuta.
