when trying to run the bios update file with dosbox it says
"rom version should be newer than bios version"

With the kernel v3.11 the touchpad works, even if I have to activate it
(with FN key) at startup everytime.
I don't know if I should mention it here but with kernel v3.11 the wireless
card does not work anymore:

Actually the touchpad now works also with the old kernel 3.5.0-40, on 12.04
(where the broadcom card works properly). I just have to enable the touchpad
with the FN key.

After a fresh install of Saucy (Daily Build version) the touchpad is
working by default, without need of enabling it via the Fn key.
I'm actually using 3.11.0-8-generic, and have been testing it for some
hours and seems fine. The touchpad works with al functions enabled (also
two-finger scroll).
After having worked for all yesterday, today the touchpad is not working

After two days of testing Saucy with 3.11.0-8 kernel the behaviour is
