Hello,
I'm using Lubuntu 18.04 and I set up snap by installing the packages snapd.
After that, I get the message, that /snap/bin is not in PATH.
I was able to fix that by editing /etc/environment
I had to add snap/bin
The new content is:
PATH="/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/
I used the official ISO for Lubuntu Bionic and boot it live (also experienced
that in an installed system).
After updating the entire system via apt update && apt dist-upgrade, I
installed the packages snapd via apt.
Then I installed a snap, e.g. chromium via sudo snap install chromium.
