Public bug reported:

Hello,
I have the following NIC:
06:01.0 Ethernet controller [0200]: Trident Microsystems 4DWave DX [1023:2000]
(rev 26)
        Kernel driver in use: pcnet32
        Kernel modules: pcnet32

It does operate normally, but the LEDs do not work properly. The 100 LED should
indicate that a FastEthernet link is established, but it acts as a link LED.
The FDX (Full Duplex) LED does not light up at all, although it is connected
with FUll Duplex (confirmed by my Switch and by ethtool). The ACT LED that
should light up if network traffic occurs also doesn't light up.
The LEDs itself work properly, if I test them with ethtool, so they electronic
seems to be fine.
sudo ethtool -p enp6s1

Ubuntu 5.11.0-16.17-generic 5.11.12
