Same story as Jose: running feisty with 2.6.20-16 and patches to alsa 1.0.14. hda-intel with realtek 268 worked fine once I compiled alsa myself. Upgraded to gutsy kernel 2.6.22-10 to get my wireless working, which it now does, but now the sound fix doesn't work anymore. No combination of realtek.
