The expected outcome of altering the file, pp_od_clk_voltage, p-states cannot
be changed using echo commands i.e.

I am running BIOS 1.10.0, Kernel 5.5, Ubuntu 20.04 (development) and am getting
the same issue. The duration appears to vary for the keyboard and track pad to
activate, sometimes it is longer or shorter than 13seconds stated above.
I am also running 9575.
