following warning:

There's an attached branch with a quick-and-dirty fix. I've verified
that it prevents the warning from meing printed on my system. However:
1) There's no tests
2) I haven't verified that it works on a system without the gir packages
installed.

I had today a very strange experience with the card, GPU processing
allowed.
I got some beta WUs for AMD CPU and GPU and they work withou problems.
After using the PC (i works normally for itself) i got this error:

The regular kernel package depends upon a bootloader in the archive and
this one should at least recommends one too. If there are other signed
bootloader in the archive there is no reason that they can't fullfill it
too. Right now it's just the signed grub though.

I'm still getting the same problem. I'm able to connect my phone to the
computer and send files from my computer to the phone. I am not able to
send files from my phone to my computer, or browse my phone from
Bluetooth > Browse Files on Device.
I have Acer AS5830TG-6614 running Ubuntu Precise 12.0
I don't see this issue any more for over 1-2 days. And I have updated
only VLC from stable daily builds. So maybe the problem was with VLC and
not with Pulseaudio?

After the "fix", the problem persists on 12.04. In a boot from power-
off, the screen is just black/white garbled noise for 5-10 seconds after
login, but after a reboot it shows garbled-up chunks of old sessions

Here is some proof to my words. I didn't do anyting with any settings
and don't install any new software. After VLC update everything is back
to normal. No sound unsynchronization

Hi, same "problem" for me, using latest Ubuntu distro (12.10) and latest
gnome-terminal in repos (3.6.0).
This feature would be very useful, I also have to install all KDE/Qt

Funnily enough there is a workaround for me...
ssh user@server "pactl list"
works fine and does not return an error.
Wondering if the case I'm looking at has nothing to do with pactl.
Trying to figure out other cases that might result in the same failure.

I've been having some lockups at startup, last line saying 'RIP'. I
can't figure out what the initial conditions are to make this happens,
except that the computer is off, and then on. If I switch off and then
on again, it does seem to start up. But then it doesn't happen ever

integrated GPU, setup by:
amdconfig --px-igpu
The problem is that in every reboot after I have successfully used the iGPU,
the X server to crashes, which means:
