When the mouse hovers over a unity icon for the first time, the Name of the app
does not preview in the black arrow, the name will only display after the mouse
is taken away from the icon and re-hovered over it - so it seems as if the
first mouse-over was only to wake it up

A bug in qt4 sounds likely. I'm using spotify at the same machine. Think
it's using qt as well, with out problems. Any other apps I can test qt4
with?

Actually, I just realized it's very simple. We can keep crashes from
remote/non-graphical sessions and alert about them, but ignore crashes
which happened in a previous graphical user session.
