I have an Acer Laptop w/dual core Intel cpu. Forced it to 1ghz as the
peak speed, because it will overheat if a process gets too carried away
and I'm not minding it. Sometimes it happens because I leave a flash

developers have decided to debug notify-osd in Lucid development

dependencies causing nvidia-graphics-drivers-* to uninstall.

It also fixed a problem at bootup, where I sometimes got the message
"/dev/mapper/crypttemp already mounted or /tmp busy", which resulted in
mountall to fail, dropped into a root-shell and I needed to press CRTL-D to

I made today fresh installation of Koala. Because of this problem I
returned to Jackalope. There I installed "ubuntu restricted extra",
copied "xc3028-v27.fw" to /lib/firmware and provide dvb-channels.conf to
Totem and Me-Tv. It works.

I have a feeling this might be an issue with wine requiring mesa to load
the 32 bit DRI drivers rather than the 64 bit ones (on 64 bit systems),
perhaps people could try running:
export LIBGL_DRIVERS_PATH=/usr/lib32/dri
prior to running wine and see if this has any effect?
