There are more problems in Eclipse after the upgrade I think. I was
using JavaHL with subclipse, but that doesn't work any more. This
morning I couldn't get svnkit to work either. Hopefully Eclipse 3.5.2

I have a similar problem when playing a dvd in Karmic 9.10 If i right
click and eject it unmounts but if you press the button on the dvd
player it opens but does not unmount, but it did in jaunty 9.04 no

firstly, sorry for not debbugging the issue in Karmic (sony laptop used for
work), so this post is purely informative, but may help the debbuging
process.
To better understand we the bug should be here is some technical infos :

I followed solution #1 from your post in the other bug, R1d0. I can tell
that my emulator works perfectly again now.
I had to start it with " -sound 48000" to get sound working, but you
were right
I have been getting errors on npviewer since upgrading to 9.10 (64 bit).
I am also unable to play flash "videos". The player does not fully load.
In 9.04, I often used to get npviewer.bin taking excessive CPU while idle so
regularly had to abort the program.

I've reproduced this locally by sending a malformed SHA1C value via an
msn_object avatar. It's not as trivial to reproduce using the
telepathy/papyon framework since SHA1C values are normally ignored in
all cases, but still processed. Yes, you read that correctly.

there's some people waiting to this bug to be solved. If libkrb53 (i
think you mean this one, not libkrb5-3) comes back, the problem is still
there for us, but not for them.

I have the same problem. I use the kernel parameter i915.modset=0 and
thereby I can work. But the graphic performance is significantly worse
than before the upgrade from Ubuntu 9.04 to 9.10.

I installed the driver ktp recommended.
2,4 ghz mode no problems.
5,18 ghz mode same problem as bertrand.
I hava a WNDR3700 AP too.
