I get a black screen with a blinking cursor for 6 seconds or so (it used
to say "Starting up..." before I upgraded to GRUB 2). Then I get boot
messages that slowly appear in Ubuntu's console font. Only late into the

i've loaded the image, burned it and had tried to install it to an second

The problem is that the versionized dependency on aptdaemon was too
weak, I corrected that in my branch now. In the meantime, please upgrade

intrepid to jaunty: wireless didn't work anymore.
After unsuccessfully having tried all tips I found on the Internet, I
reinstalled jaunty and wireless worked out of the box.

as it tries to connect and the black image appears showing the network
"disconnected" from the wireless network. Once the network finally
