Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and help to improve
Ubuntu.

The acpi-support package is being phased out, so I don't think we should
be adding these new functions to it.  Furthermore, bluetooth / wireless
LEDs are expected to be controlled by the kernel, and not require manual
updates from userspace; if you have situations where you need to toggle
the LEDs manually to get them set correctly, I suggest you file a bug
against the linux package.
