driver. what driver are you using? is it reproducible with jaunty? have
a look at bug 296534 . attach a screenshot.

Hi, I have had the same problem and it still happens with latest Ubuntu (9.04).
I could also add that using the checkbox for "copy the remote calendar for
connectionless use" (I don't know what the checkbox says in English) in
calendar properties is not enough, I have to manually make a copy and
This is the exact reason why very few file bugs. I've given up entirely
on bug reports and Ubuntu ... bought a Mac and video runs perfectly.

It the mouse pointer is just outside the window when GDM start, the gdm
window doesn't have focus.

It affects my system too. Intel T5550 with Intel X3100 graphics. I can
move the mouse cursor, but it doesn't change on hoovering different
things, it just stays what it was at the time of freeze.
I can login to my computer using SSH and it's looking more or less fine,
nothing jumps to my attention
