I can confirm this as well. My netbanking (eikbank) is not working on
8.10 either. The strange thing is that is works under epiphany-browser.

After installation, when trying to configure, post-installation script
returned an error saying that the package failed to configure, error in
package gnupg2. And, it can't be uninstalled too.
The version of gnupg2 is 2.0.9-3.1, from repos, Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex
(final) 64bit.
